Like the international Three Minute Thesis Competition, but this time with a twist, present your work in your native language! For those unfamiliar, the three minute thesis competition is an international competition that challenges graduate students to effectively explain their research in under three minutes using a single Powerpoint slide and no props or resources!

Our graduate community is filled with people of all backgrounds and we want to celebrate this by expanding on this competition and allowing students to speak in their native languages! You can speak in whichever language you feel most comfortable, including English. We will use a live translation tool to make it accessible to the audience.

Gift cards will be awarded as prizes! The competition will take place Wednesday, May 20th from 5:30 to 6:30 pm in LSC 105. Pizza and drinks will be served at 5 pm. The deadline to sign up is Monday, May 18th at 12:00 pm. Everyone is welcome to attend!
