The IEEE Dartmouth Student Chapter fosters technological innovation and connects students with opportunities in engineering, sciences, and emerging technologies like AI, robotics, biotechnology, and sustainable energy. The Dartmouth Biotech Club (DBC) is a graduate student organization that believes that your future is important! The DBC provides educational programs that allow members to explore the world of business and biotechnology. Our mission is to bridge the gap between industry and academia by providing education, skills training, and networking opportunities for students to succeed in life science innovation and commercialization. Academic

A student-led interdisciplinary publication run by the Master of Arts in Liberal Studies program at Dartmouth College. We showcase the strongest creative and critical work submitted by current MALS students, MALS alumni, and other Dartmouth Guarini graduate students. Check out the journal here.

The mission of the Dartmouth Graduate Consulting Group is to help local non-profit and small businesses to identify and solve problems to drive positive change. We build teams of talented and motivated students who are eager to apply their technical and analytical skills to help improve the community.

The Dartmouth Writers Society is a community of Dartmouth graduate students writers. DWS was founded as a way to enhance the literary pursuits of its members through community events and creative writing workshops.

DartSlamThe Dartmouth Korean Graduate Student Association (KGSA) is committed to serving the Korean graduate student community by cultivating a cohesive and supportive environment and promoting cultural exchange within and beyond the Dartmouth campus. Our mission is to provide a supportive environment through a variety of initiatives, including social events, networking opportunities, and cultural programming. KGSA organizes traditional celebrations, professional development workshops, study breaks, and other community-building activities. Membership is open to all individuals with an interest in Korean culture, language, cuisine, history, and contemporary issues. Through these efforts, KGSA strives to enhance the graduate student experience and contribute to the cultural diversity of the Dartmouth community.

An organization of current graduate students at Dartmouth who work with incoming international students to help their transition to life in the US. We do this by matching incoming students with current international students who serve as their mentors that help answer questions like preparation for arrival at Dartmouth and Helping new students get settled and provide advice about life in the Upper Valley along with organizing social events and activities to foster an international community here at Dartmouth.

The purpose of the Graduate Soccer Club is to provide a year-round social soccer connection by initiating and sharing opportunities for soccer aficionados to play, practice, scrimmage, discuss, and similarly, commune; past opportunities have included playing in the Grantham Indoor Soccer winter league in Grantham, NH. DartSlam is a volleyball club focused on creating a community centered around a mutual love for volleyball and all related volleyball activities. Sports

The Ski and Ride Club is focused on cultivating the love for snow sports by building bonds between current skiers and riders, and introducing new people to the sport. We create opportunities for Dartmouth Graduate Students to go on ski/riding trips together in the most economical fashion. In addition, we coordinate lessons for students wanting to get into snow sports. It is always more fun to ski/ride with friends! Sign up here!

The Dartmouth Swordplay Guild is Dartmouth's HEMA (Historical European Martial Arts) club. We practice mainly longsword and saber, and are open to anyone that wants to learn how to really sword fight! Join our Discord to find out more.

The Dartmouth Book Club is a community of graduate students that love reading and sharing their love of literature with their peers. Members nominate titles that are voted on to be the reading selections for monthly meetings hosted at Still North Books and Bar over snacks and drinks. We strive to read stories by diverse authors across genres. All readers welcome!

Our organization seeks to foster meaningful connections among graduate students, encouraging a sense of camaraderie that transcends academic disciplines. By creating an inclusive and understanding environment, we aim to empower graduate students to not only cope with the demands of academic life but also to thrive within it.

Community Service and STEM Outreach

Outreach organization passionate about expanding youth access to STEM education in the Upper Valley in an interactive and age-appropriate level. We collaborate with elementary and middle schools in the area to bring STEM to students, particularly for girls and underrepresented and minority students.

Diversity

GWISE aims to advocate for women in science within and outside the Dartmouth community. We provide outlets to socialize and skills workshops to allow women to cultivate skills necessary to thrive in the science community.
