Try updating your Hinman Box info in Dartmouth Name Directory* first. Then you can check out Employee Self Service, and update your information there if necessary.

*Tip: you may need to clear the Hinman Box field first, then save and wait a few minutes before re-entering your new information and saving.

If your department has physically moved locations, then someone in your department was probably responsible for gathering everyone’s Hinman information and updating the physical location with the Finance Center.

Check with the Finance Center to ensure that your information is up to date!
